Our Greek selection is organised into ten regions: central, north, south, west and east Athens, Piraeus, the Athens Riviera, the islands, Thessaloniki with Halkidiki, and the Peloponnese. Every region page answers the same questions: what the area is like, how you get around, who rents there and where entry prices start. Prices are the starting prices of projects in our portfolio and follow the developer's current list. For the Golden Visa, the applicable threshold depends on the zone of the property and the route chosen, not on the neighbourhood: across the whole of Attica (Athens, Piraeus, the Riviera and the suburbs) the standard route starts at €800,000, while the commercial-to-residential conversion route starts at €250,000. Each case is confirmed property by property. A property bought under the Golden Visa cannot be let by the day or week; the summer and short-stay demand mentioned in the area summaries is market context, and a Golden Visa property is let long-term only.
