Athens Riviera
The Athens Riviera is the roughly 70-kilometre southern coastline running from Faliro Bay to Cape Sounio. Paleo Faliro, Alimos, Elliniko, Glyfada and Voula connect to the city by tram and Metro Line 2; Lagonisi and Saronida form the quieter, villa-led southern end. Beaches, marinas, the seafront promenade and the golf course in Glyfada are part of everyday life. On the former airport site, the Ellinikon development is one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe. Rental demand runs on two streams: short-term guests in summer and year-round residents, from families to professionals.
