Data controller and legal basis

The data controller is Avla Gayrimenkul A.Ş. (Caferağa Mah. Şifa Sk. No:19, Kadıköy 34710 Istanbul, Türkiye). This notice is issued under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for individuals in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you reach us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone, we record your name, phone number, email address and message. Details you share in conversation, such as budget and preferences, are noted only to prepare your shortlist. We collect nothing else.

Why we process it

The purpose is to answer your enquiry, arrange appointments and prepare a shortlist that fits you. The legal basis is the formation and performance of a contract and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and f; GDPR Art. 6/1-b and f). If we wish to send newsletters or promotional messages, we ask for your separate explicit consent.

Who we share it with

Your data is shared only as far as the work requires: with our independent law firm and regional specialist once your file is open; with the call centre that runs our contact line; with our customer-record and email infrastructure providers. For a viewing, the developer receives only your name and the appointment details. Infrastructure providers' servers may be located abroad; such transfers are subject to KVKK's cross-border transfer rules (Art. 9) and, where required, your explicit consent. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a contract, we keep your data for at most two years and then delete it. If a contract is concluded, we keep it for the retention periods required by law and delete it when they expire. You may ask for deletion at any time; unless a legal obligation prevents it, we comply.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. If you are in the European Union, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under GDPR Art. 15–22. We answer your request within 30 days at the latest.

Cookies

The site uses the technical cookies needed for the page to work. For visit measurement it runs Microsoft Clarity (page usage, heat maps, session recordings with personal data masked) and Meta Pixel (advertising measurement); both can be blocked in your browser settings. The projects you pick and your voice preference are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us.
