80 thousand 308 houses were sold in Türkiye
In Türkiye, house sales decreased by 17.8% in January compared to the same month of the previous year and became 80 thousand 308. İstanbul had the highest share with 16.7% and 13 thousand 423 house sales. The followers of İstanbul were Ankara with 6 thousand 709 house sales and Antalya with 5 thousand 250 house sales with the share of 8.4% and 6.5% respectively. The provinces with the lowest number of sales were Ardahan with 17, Hakkari with 38 and Bayburt with 40 house sales.
