South Glyfada is a contemporary boutique development in Ano Glyfada, one of the most established neighbourhoods of the Athens Riviera. The building rises over ground plus five floors and holds 33 residences, all one-bedroom (1+1) layouts, delivered with European fitted kitchens, Grohe sanitary ware and an energy-efficient design.
Our thesis is straightforward: at the intersection of Glyfada’s mature rental market and the Ellinikon transformation, an all-one-bedroom mix starting at €261,000 offers a Golden Visa-eligible, highly liquid entry point on the Athens Riviera.
The Project
