Nova Residences is a comprehensively renovated residential project at N. Mouschounti 115 in Markopoulo, a peaceful district east of Athens. The ground-plus-three-storey building holds 7 apartments, all two-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts, each with a dedicated parking space.
Our thesis is clear: a 7-minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes to the sea and visa documents already prepared make these two-bedroom apartments, starting from €260,000, a practical entry point for Golden Visa investors who want to move fast in East Attica.
The Project

Location: Between Airport and Sea
Markopoulo is one of East Attica’s calm towns that has kept its traditional character. The project is a 7-minute drive from Athens International Airport, 10 minutes from the sea and a 5-minute walk from daily amenities. Rafina port is 20 km away, central Athens 30 km and Piraeus port 35 km.
The location’s real strength is simultaneous proximity to Attica’s two main gateways — the airport and the ports. Being 7 minutes from the airport makes the apartments a natural address both for people working around the airport and for short-to-medium-term stay demand.
Investment Assessment
The employment and logistics ecosystem around the airport generates steady rental demand in and around Markopoulo. The two-bathroom layout and per-unit parking are features most of the area’s older housing stock lacks, giving the project an edge in the rental market.
