We listen first
We start with a conversation: budget, purpose, family situation, timing. The meeting is in the way that suits you: in person at our office, by phone or on Zoom.
Your own selection
Projects that fit your budget and purpose are collected on your own page.
In person or on video
We visit together in Dubai, or on video if you cannot come.
Terms in writing
The price, payment plan and delivery terms are sent to you in writing.
Reservation
We reserve the unit you like; the deposit and payment plan are confirmed in writing.
Title deed
We stay with you through the title-deed transfer and what follows.
